New FC2 female condoms

As a sensuality coach I am usually the one helping introduce new things to others, yet very recently a friend introduced me to the FC2 female condom.  He talked of how it had dramatically changed his sex life after years of irritation from traditional condoms.  The sensation was apparently much better as well.  I quickly whipped my Ipad Air from my purse and feverishly begin searching the web for information and what I learned had me excited!  FC2 was created in 2009 and is made of latex-free Nitrile.  This material helps conduct heat and allows for a more natural experience. The Female Health Company is currently the only producer.  It looks like a very large condom with a polyurethane ring at the enclosed end.  It is inserted by squeezing this ring and pushing into the vagina.  I could not wait to try it!  Luckily my friend had some on hand as I later found that it is very difficult to find these in stores.  Walgreens carries them, yet I decided to buy in bulk online from condomjungle.com where I was able to purchase 100 for $135 with free shipping.  :)    I have to say that now I completely favor the FC2 over traditional condoms.  The condom allowed the experience to feel much more natural than a male condom.  With each thrust in I felt I could feel the penis just as if there was no barrier at all.  I was hooked!  Upon completion you grasp the sides of the condom which are draped over the vaginal lips and gently pull it out.  I have been recommending these to all my friends!  If you have any trouble locating these feel free to shoot me a message and I'll be sure to get some to you!  Enjoy ;)

My Reflection on "The Case of the Closely Watched Courtesans" by Nina Kushner

I read an article today sent to me by a close friend in which I found very intriguing.   Seeing as it held it's rank as the number one most read article of the day on Slate.com, an online news venue for modern culture,  it is obviously of great interest to others as well. Entitled "The Case of the Closely Watched Courtesans," the article examines the obsessive nature of the 18th century Parisian investigating into the lives of high end courtesans of the time by the police.  Through a plethora of countless years of watching and documenting these women, and their every move, it is clear that they were of great interest to the police, yet very little came of this surveillance.  So why do it?  Nina Kushner poses the same question in this thoughtfully written excerpt from her book Erotic Exchanges: The World of Elite Prositution in 18th-Century Paris.  In a cultural climate where social status was expected to fit into a clear hierachy, many of these women defied norms.  Kushner delves into the lives of the 18th century "kept woman" through the meticulous documentation of the police vice squad of the time. What is apparent is the clear role these women play in their society and the power they reap from being a vital component.  Moving themselves up in status, wealthy, and autonomy, these women evade the oppression many women of this time experienced. My conclusion is this was, and still is, the intriguing component that surround women of this nature. Most were unmarried, heads of their households, freely employing themselves, and enjoying lavish lifestyles.  They were not controlled.  So as to the question of why the police were so interested; I think it is simple.    They were powerful.  They had something that many wanted and skillfully delivered without causing a disruption to society. The police were intrigued by them.  Maybe even envious at times.  Who wouldn't be?  They were strong women in control of their own lives and destiny.   One must speculate they were leaders in a revolutionary ideology towards seeking self gratification, evading oppression, and fulfilling a lifestyle otherwise out of their birthright.  To have watched them so closely yet do nothing with the information over time makes me wonder if the police formed a sense of respect for them. It was a valuable service and positive impact on society in which they clearly provided.  I applaud Ms. Kushner for bringing this to light and in my quest for further information am not only ordering her book, but hoping she will agree to meet with me for an interview.  Details to come.....  ;)

The New Space

So I have this cousin that is very talented in her field of interior design.  I would argue that she is one of the best in NC if not the best.  I have alway been hesitant to intertwine family and business, yet I knew she would create the atmosphere I wanted with all high end furnishing.  I let her practice first on my golf course home in north Raleigh and what she created was breathtaking.  After searching for the perfect space for a month in the very prosperous and quickly growing area of Cary ( just west of Raleigh) I found a gem.  Close to Research Triangle Park, Raleigh- Durham International Airport, and the techno giants I found a private get-away that I often refer to as the "ultimate woman cave".  Now just imagine how much fun we had designing this new luxury apartment!  And the photo shoots that have followed have really captured the look I was going for.  I am such a sucker for that old Hollywood Marilyn Monroe feel and I think that is exactly the impression it gives.  I have include two themed rooms - "Heaven" and "Hell".  It's actually a lot harder than you would think to find wearable angel wings!  I have finally resorted to having a pair custom made.  Stay tuned!  My life is about to get really interesting.....  ;)

Changing Society’s view on Sex….

Life.  Amazingly short yet it seems most people don’t realize this until they have wasted most of it away. I for one know, too many people are living lives that they despise and ultimately  resent.    It interests me how taboo my world is to so many people.  The thing is, I feel that I am much happier than the average American.  Maybe it’s because I feel so sexually liberated. I watched a documentary recently (that I highly recommend);  Hugh Heftner: Playboy, Activist and Rebel.    A man on a mission to push the bar on several majorly controversial issues of the time.  Early in his career he “was very aware of, and concerned, about the sexual taboos and repression that existed in America”.   Motivating his content of Playboy was his personal drive for a society with a healthier attitude towards sex.   Ironic how so many accused him of doing the exact opposite.  I am often curious as to the ideology  involved in the adult entertainment hold towards themselves and the industry. The varying opinions are interesting.  After Porn Ends  is a documentary following several well know porn stars in their lives after porn.  It really saddened me to see that most viewed their time in porn as a chapter they wished they could erase or amend.  I was saddened to find a similar ideology when over St. Paddy’s day I stopped in to check out Foxy Lady in Providence Rhode Island.  I had heard positive things about the club and knowing  Michael Peter’s affiliation, I knew it was worth checking out (more to come on Mr. Peters in future posts as well as this amazing club).  The club impressed me, mostly because of the beautiful happy entertainers that filled the room and the overall attitudes of the women that obviously loved their job and the place they worked.  I was on my way to try out the private rooms when I encountered a beautiful girl with long sandy blonde hair and inquired about work.  I complimented the establishment and told her how interested I was in becoming “part of the team”.  The girl rolls her eyes and says, “yeah girl if you gotta do it this is the spot.  Get in, get out.  Make your money and make sure you create a plan to get out as soon as you can”.
Wow.  Really?  The perfect club, but why this mentality?  Am I a rarity that I love what I do?  And what if you were able to collect a crew of women like me who really loved the art of seduction?  Now would that not be a wonderful environment?………..

Thank you Mr. Porsche!

Loving the new lingerie and v-jazzling!  You rock my world Mr. Porsche ;-)  I’ll send you pics of both soon!

Red Garter Key West Bound July 18-21

My first trip to Key West was in 2009 with a good girlfriend. We stayed at the Hilton but I vowed if I ever went back I would stay at one of the nostalgic bed and breakfast inns that cover the island.
When researching fishing tournaments on Islamorada I discovered that the Drambuie Key West Marlin Tournament will be hosted July 17th through 20th. This tournament is hosted in conjunction with the Hemingway Festival each year in Key West.
$50,000 worth of cash prizes is awarded along with a $25,000 prize for the first place team. This must draw quite the crowd ;-)
Remembering a brief visit to a cozy club called The Red Garter Saloon, I instantly knew where I would be spending a week in July :-)

Woody’s in Islamorada

Met an interesting guy by the name of Bill the other day. Among the neat things I learned about Mr. Bill is that he has a connection to what sounds to be a neat little club nestled on Islamorada in the Florida Keys.
Take route 1 just south of Key Largo and you will find this fishing haven. The “Village of Islands”, which has only been incorporated since 1997, hosts an abundance of year round fishing tournaments. In fact, take a look at the wide selection offered atwww.sportfishingislamorada.com when you get a chance!
I was already impressed by the potential club earnings from the fishing tournament tourism when Bill begins to tell me about what sounds to be a neat little club called Woody’s (the puns in this industry continue to crack me up lol).
The women here are all apparently very good looking, and the club averages only about 8-15 entertainers a night according to Bill. I begin to read various reviews and the consensus seems to disagree with Bill’s love of the place.
This gets me curious about the potential for putting another club in this area. If the hot girls are there, the men are there, and the atmosphere of paradise is there….this began to seem like a spot I need to visit!
Florida Keys bound September 17-22 for the Islamorada Invitational Fly Fall Bonefish Tournament! Not really sure what it even is but excited to find out while discovering what Woody’s has to offer. Stay tuned!
